🕒 Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges.


👕 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item is returned in the same condition as received.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear or undergarments
  • Accessories (caps, socks, etc.)
  • Discounted or clearance sale items

🚚 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Mention your Order ID, product name, and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return address.
  4. Once we receive the product and it passes the quality check,
    • Exchange: Your new item will be shipped.
    • Return: Refund will be processed to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days).

💸 Return Shipping Charges

  • If the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (like size or preference), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

🔁 Size Exchange

We offer one-time free size exchange (within 7 days of delivery) for most products, subject to availability.

  • Please make sure to pack the product properly to avoid damage during return transit.
